For home services contractors

Websites built to book more jobs.

A site built to turn visitors into calls and booked jobs. It looks like your business, it shows up when people search for the work you do, and it tells you which ad or search sent every lead. One published price, and the site is yours.

$3,000 to build, $99 a month to host, live in about 15 business days.

Looking good is not the same as working.

Here's a quick test for any website: when a customer fills in the form or taps the phone number, can you see which ad or search sent them? If not, you can't tell which of your marketing is paying for itself. We checked 1,000 contractor websites, 250 each in roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to see how many could. Roughly 7 in 10 can't connect an ad click, a call, or a form to anything that happens afterward. Of the 1,000 sites, 29% have no analytics at all, and only 13.6% run call tracking, in a trade where the phone is the business.

You can’t see what it brings in.

No analytics, no call tracking, no record of which page or ad brought in the job. Every site we build has tracking set up before it goes live, so your numbers are real from the first week.

It says what every competitor says.

“Family owned, licensed and insured, free estimates.” Any contractor in town can say that. We write from your actual licenses, reviews, service area, and photos of your crew and work, and we leave off anything we can’t verify.

It looks fine. It doesn’t ask for the call.

Every page we build has your phone number and one clear next step, and the site has one simple request form. And you get the pages people actually search for: one for each service, one for each town.

How we build it

Four layers behind every page.

  1. Your brand file Your colors, fonts, logo, and tone, set before the first page so every page matches. You keep it as a one-page brand sheet.
  2. A layout built for the call Laid out for how your customers search and call: phone and form up top, then proof, reviews, and a page for each service and town.
  3. Content from your facts Written from what you give us: your services, licenses with proof, reviews with names, photos of your team and your work.
  4. Tracking on every form and tap Analytics installed. Every form and phone tap recorded and traced to the ad or search behind it. If you already use call tracking, we install its script.

All four, working together on one live page.

Built to look like your business.

Every site we build is designed from your brand and written from your facts, on a foundation we built around how contractors' customers search and call. The example pages below show the standard.

Your brand, on every page

Your logo, your colors, your way of talking. We set your brand file before the first page so the whole site matches, and you keep it as a one-page brand sheet.

See it before it goes live

Your site on a private link by day 7. You get two rounds of changes, and nothing goes live until you approve it in writing.

Search setup, done for you

Page titles and descriptions, the markup Google reads, a sitemap, clean web addresses, compressed images, a mobile layout, and your Google Business Profile linked. Then we submit the site to Google.

Tracking built in

Every form and phone tap is traced to the ad or search behind it, so by day 30 you can see what the site is doing. If you already use call tracking, we install its script on the site.

  • CodeOnly what the page needs
  • HostingFast, secure servers

Quick to load

Every page gets a speed check before it goes live, measured with Google's own tool. With hosting and care, we check it again every quarter.

  • The site and its code stay yours
  • Hosting and care, $99 a month, month to month
  • Cancel any time and take everything with you
  • A site you rent and can never leave

The code is yours

Once it's built, the site is yours. We host it while you're on hosting and care, and if you ever leave, we hand the whole thing over.

The pages you get.

Up to 15 content pages, laid out the way people look for a contractor: by the job they need and the town they live in.

The pages every site needs

Home. An About page with your team, licenses, insurance, and service area. Reviews. Contact, with your request form. And a financing or offers page, if you finance.

A page for each service

A main services page, then a page for each service you make money on. AC repair gets its own page. So do water heaters, roof repairs, and panel upgrades.

A page for each town

A main service-area page, then a page for each main town you serve, with real content about that town. Search engines penalize town pages that are near copies of each other, so we don’t build those.

Also in every build

  • Your brand file, yours to keep as a one-page brand sheet
  • Every word written from verified facts
  • Search setup done, and your site submitted to Google
  • Tracking: analytics, every form and phone tap recorded, and your call-tracking script installed if you have one
  • A private preview with two rounds of changes
  • Launch on your domain with HTTPS. Replacing a site? Every old page address forwards to its new one, your Google Search Console and analytics history carry over, and your email keeps working
  • A short guide to your site: what was built, where everything lives, and how to ask for changes
  • Privacy, terms, thank-you, and not-found pages, on top of the 15

One price, out in the open.

The Conversion Site (your website) $3,000 one-time

Up to 15 content pages, your brand file, copy from verified facts, search setup, tracking, two rounds of changes, launch, and a guide to your site. Same price whether we replace a site or start from nothing.

Hosting and care $99 /mo

Hosting, HTTPS, uptime monitoring, security updates, small edits within 2 business days (up to an hour a month), and a quarterly speed check. Month to month.

Site + Tracking Foundation $5,000 one-time

The site plus the full Tracking Foundation ($2,500 on its own), for $500 less than buying both separately. Hosting stays $99/mo.

Half when you sign, half when you accept the launch. Nothing goes live until you approve it in writing.

Add-ons

  • One more service or town page $200
  • Moving over old blog posts, beyond the 15 pages $400 per 10 posts
  • Your current logo, redrawn clean so it scales to any size $250
  • A starter logo if you have none (a wordmark plus a simple mark) $500

Why isn't this a monthly plan?

Because a site you pay for every month and never own is a site you can't leave. You pay for ours once, the site is yours, and hosting is a separate line you can cancel any time.

Why does a new site cost the same as a redesign?

Because the cost is in the pages and the writing, not in whether you have a site today. If we replace a site, we forward every old address and keep your search history. If you're starting fresh, we interview you for the content instead of pulling it from an old site. Both are in the price.

Get your site started

Rather talk it through? Call (845) 600-2916.

From first call to live site.

You see the real site well before it goes live. The day counts below are business days, starting from your deposit and intake pack.

  1. Takes 20 minutes

    A short call

We make sure we’re a fit and hear what the site needs to do for you. You get the scope and the price in writing right after.

  2. About 30 minutes of your time

    You send us one pack

Your logo files, at least ten photos of your crew and work, your services and what each includes, the towns you serve, your hours, licenses with proof, and links to your reviews. About 30 minutes if the photos and licenses are handy.

  3. By day 7

    You see the site

Your site on a private link. You get two rounds of changes, then you approve it in writing.

  4. By day 15

Go live, then see the numbers

We connect your domain, forward every old page address if you’re replacing a site, and submit the site to Google. By day 30 you can see your forms and phone taps by source.

Replacing a site? Keep what it earned.

If you already have a site, three things carry over on purpose. Every old page address forwards to its new page, so customers and Google land in the right place. Your Google Search Console and analytics history continue without a gap. And your email keeps working through the switch, because we leave the settings that run it alone. When the new site goes live, you paste two lines we send you into the account where you bought your domain, or we do it together on a call. We never hold that login.

Fair questions, straight answers.

Who owns the site when it’s done?

+
You do. Your content, brand file, analytics, and Google Search Console are yours, and so is the code. We host the site while you are with us, and if you ever leave, we hand all of it over.

What if I stop paying for hosting?

+
You get the code, a guide to hosting it anywhere, and a final export of your reporting. We keep the site live for 30 days so you have time to move it. After that, it’s yours to run wherever you like.

How fast can I have it?

+
Your first preview comes within 7 business days of your deposit and intake pack. The site goes live in about 15 business days, depending on how fast you send your changes.

Who writes the words on the site?

+
We do, from your intake pack: your services, licenses, reviews, and photos. If we can’t verify something, it stays off the page.

Do I need to send photos?

+
Yes, at least ten of your team, trucks, and work. Real photos are the biggest difference between a site that looks like your business and one that could belong to anybody.

Will I lose my Google rankings if you replace my site?

+
Not from the move itself. Every old page address forwards to its new page, and your Search Console history carries on. Nobody can promise rankings, and we don’t.

What if I don’t have a website yet?

+
Same price. Instead of pulling content from an old site, we interview you for it. The cost is in the pages and the writing, not in whether a site exists today.

Do I keep my domain and my email?

+
Yes. Your domain stays where you bought it. When the site goes live, you paste two lines we send you into that account, or we do it together on a call. We never touch the settings that run your email, and we never hold that login.

Can you help with my logo?

+
Yes, as add-ons: a clean, scalable redraw of the logo you have ($250), or a starter logo if you have none ($500). We don’t do full brand identity work, but we’ll point you to a designer.

Can I pay the $3,000 over time?

+
Yes, if you ask: three monthly payments of $1,020 instead of the two halves. The two halves cost $60 less in total, so that’s the option we lead with.

Who updates the site once it’s live?

+
We do, under hosting and care. Small edits like your hours, a promotion, a photo, or a paragraph are done within 2 business days, up to an hour a month. Bigger changes get a quote, and a new service or area page is $200.

What if I don’t have ten photos?

+
We build with what you have and leave room for more. Where a photo is missing, we use plain illustrative images, and we never pass off stock photos of crews or jobs as yours.

I run ads, or plan to. Does that change anything?

+
Then the Site + Tracking Foundation bundle is worth a look. The tracking in every site is the first part of the Foundation, and the bundle finishes it. Our Growth Engine can then run the ads on top.

Do you build sites for other kinds of businesses?

+
No. We build only for home services contractors, and every part of the site is shaped around how their customers search and call.

Start with a 20-minute call.

Fill in a few details below, then choose a time on the next screen. We'll come to the call ready.

Tell us about your business

On the call, we confirm we're a fit and hear what the site has to do. You get the scope and the price in writing right after. No sales deck.

By submitting this form, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We will only use your information to evaluate fit and respond to your inquiry.
